Librarian Labs is run by one person, and email goes straight to him. Expect a reply within one business day, usually much faster.
▪YOUR PURCHASE
Datasets are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase: the data files, the license, and the build audit report. If it hasn't arrived, check spam first, then email with the receipt Stripe sent you. Verify your files against the SHA-256 checksums published on the record page; if a checksum doesn't match what you received, say so and you'll get fresh files immediately.
▪REFUNDS
14-day full refund, no questions: email within 14 days of purchase and the full price returns to your original payment method. Details in the license.
▪UPDATES
Every license includes all future versions of its record, delivered to your purchase email at no charge. What changed and why is always disclosed in the changelog on the record page. To stop receiving update notices, reply and say so.
▪CHALLENGE A CLAIM
Every claim in every dataset carries a stable ID. If you believe one is wrong, email the ID and the problem. Substantive challenges get an on-the-record response, and corrections land in the record and its changelog. The verification each claim already passed is described on the methodology page.
▪LICENSING
The short version: the Individual license covers a person, the Commercial license covers an organization. Full terms are on the license page. To upgrade a license, ask about volume, or commission a record on a subject you need: email.
